Khorolistics is a practice which, through movement, reconnects you to the essential power of the body.
Based on different energetic and artistic tools, it puts at stake and on several levels problems and fixations so deeply rooted in every person that it cannot refer to the current energetic approaches such as well-being, rebalancing, therapy etc.
It is all a question of movement. A star, emotion (from the latin e-motio which starts a movement), a beating heart, digestion, awareness, a change in routine, love, death, birth..
Movement which does not circulate comes to a stop and repeats itself. It creates mental blocks, stagnation and a lack of balance. These pass on and disrupt our general state as well as our way of relating to the world. These disorders are often nested in forlorn and inexpressible origins which we are supposed to look for and find in subtle places situated in the depths of the body.
Khorolistics is a means which plunges into the body and reaps all its essential strength and thanks to such presence, its intuition and its expertise, it boosts the vital movement which relieves blocks, fixations and repetitions.
It is a matter of having a sensitive perception of the body which leads to a deeper understanding of self and the world.
WHAT IS KHOROLISTICS?
The term Khorolistics comes from a melting between two words from ancient Greek: Khôra and holistic.
Khôra was the natural wild space which extended beyond the ramparts of the city.
It is opposed to topology in so far as it isn’t measurable: when one thrives to seize it, it slips away.
Holistic means: “ as a whole, global, under all aspects.”
Khôra-holistic is a global approach: while connecting with the original and spontaneous spaces of the body, it sets off the essential movement.
If on the site, for want of clarity and pedagogy I have considered the energetic and the artistic drives as two separate domains, they have naturally merged and found their common roots in the practice of Khorolistics after having personally matured.
You will find in the different sections everything which concerns this practice: individual sessions, classes, training courses, research, editing, etc..
